To start the process of helping victims and perpetrators we need to start off with separation of the two. That process starts off with a questionnaire to be filled out in order to figure out what stage people are at. Then they go in the counselling rooms that break that down to find out why.At this point a victim gets the help they need. Roof over head, clothes, food, etc.At this point a perpetrator gets the help that they need. Counselling in steps.This whole focus is non gendered.Once, that is filled out then the healing can begin.To end DV we need to stop the behaviour once and for all. This way we can effectively stop future victims.
