My motto in life and cooking is "Dolce Vita". In Italian Dolce means Sweet and Vita means Life. This cookbook contains various delicious recipes in the following categories: appetizers, drinks, pastas, salads and main dishes. Learn how to make 6 bulb garlic chicken to ricotta gnocchi with pomodoro sauce. A couple other favorites are: Sicilian Salad, Pecan Kale salad and Chicken Fontina Risotto. My emphasis tends to be on Italian dishes. My cooking is inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, the hills of Tuscany and wine from the Veneto region of Italy.
