Document Management never made so much sense until I read this book. I am a Systems Engineer and loved the simple and technical balance that this book presented this topic. I not only got some things out of it, I am not scared to give it to my entry level employees so they can learn from it.

Who ever wants a quick and dirty solution for his document storage and retrieval problems in his enterprise, please be warned - forget this book.If you want your company carefully prepared for the introduction of a document retrieval and archieving system - this is the stuff to read. Nothing for a rainy sunday afternoon, you really have to work - and fight - with this book. My is already covered over and over with remarks, a worthwile tool I can recommend 100 %.
