Many historical legendary tales exist about attempts being labelled Jack of all trades and master of none. I am a bona-fide Nurse, Medical doctor, an author and now a registered book publisher in the UK since 2013. Despite life's ups and downs I never lost sight of my goal of bringing healthcare to rural Gambia. This is how I crossed infernos of life's bridges such as the GMC's abrupt about turn in my registration, and The Gambia Medical and Dental Council's foot dragging on delivering my documents followed by ramification of hopelessness. I refuse to allow the wall crumble over me by reverting to writing and book publishing skills to help villagers from its proceeds. Giving removes dark and despondent moments from needy hearts. In so doing we let love, hope and light triumph over darkness and hence allow peace to transcend earth. I write to raise funds to build Njawara village hospital.
