Having a business these days means being customer service orientated, as well as having a product that is in high demand. When reading LACK you need to take your time and ask yourself how this can apply to your daily life. When this is applied to your daily life, you will begin to see changes in your attitude toward others. Remember the Golden Rule; do onto others as you want others to do onto you. Everyone wants to be treated fairly and honestly. The more you put LACK into practice on a daily basis, the more your place of business will start reaping the benefits. After you complete the questions on the Personal Awareness Form; you will see the four main topics of LACK. Under each of the four main topics there will be additional topics that apply to the main topic. You will want to take a few minutes to analyze these words and their meaning. It would be best if you read and worked through the book one page every two days. It will take two days to start adding this to your daily routine. Remember, after 21 days it will become a habit.
