Old But Still Effective

The techniques in this classic manual, although dated are deadly effective very simple to learn. And you don't have to be a black belt to master them. You can become proficient in a matter of weeks instead of having to study complicated methods that take months or even years to learn. This is still a highly effective defense manual.
