DNA Weapon: An alien weapon falls into terrorist hands

In 1947 at Roswell an alien spacecraft crashed. Three aliens were on board, one survived. Also on board was a box containing sinister weapons. One of them was a DNA weapon. All one had to do is introduce the DNA of the victim, activate it, and the victim would be killed. The surviving alien, a gentle creature, gave instructions how to open the box and how to activate the weapons. An executive order was written by the president to store all the information that was recorded and materials from the crash in a secret underground Nevada facility guarded by marines. A future president, it was hoped, would know what to do with these weapons. A trigger was set that if an attack on the U.S. similar to Pearl Harbor occurred, the secrecy would be broken and the president would be immediately informed. Along comes 9-11 and the trigger is met. The president decides to try to take out selected terrorists. All goes well until a helicopter crash in Afghanistan causes the weapon to go into terrorist hands. Will the terrorists figure out the power of the weapon that they have? Will the president and other leaders of the free world remain safe? What will be the fate of the world with the alien weapon in terrorist hands?
