It is the beginning of April once again. Therefore, you know what time it is. Time to boil a few dozen eggs and gather around the kitchen table coloring eggs with the kids. Then there will be an Easter egg hunt and don't forget the Easter baskets. Those are important things to do... Oh wait. No they aren't.

In fact, when did coloring eggs become the central focus for people throughout the Easter holiday? When did the holiday become known as Easter and not its true name: Passover Sunday? I would venture to guess that all this happened about the same time that so many people started shifting their focus off of the main character of this life of ours to the worldly concerns that so many people saturate themselves in.

It is past time to refocus on the main subject of our lives: Jesus of Nazareth, the Son of the Almighty God. Rather than separating a weekend or a holiday or two for praising or simply thinking about Him, if you have not given your life to the Lord already, it is time to dedicate every day to following His will.

Divine Reset for Restoration focuses more on the message and person of Jesus and His church, giving reasons why we celebrate the life, death, and resurrection of our Lord, and gives less time to the means by which we celebrate. The purpose of this book is to help us understand the impact of our roles as followers of Christ.
