With an eye on the future, Kelli is making plans to open up a boutique store in their small town to sell her custom creations, jewelry she sells at the farm's mercantile.

When a local news reporter contacts Jo, eager to run a special segment about the farm and "Kelli's Creations," Jo jumps at the chance for the exposure, certain it will benefit Kelli and her new business venture by spreading the word.

The resident is both excited and nervous about the interview until the reporter arrives. She recognizes the woman who unfairly covered her trial for kidnapping a wealthy businessman and refuses to do the interview.

Determined to help right a wrong, the woman gives Kelli evidence that could potentially exonerate her, and Jo convinces her to take the information and do the interview.
