Divine Arrows

Each and every day life delivers little messages to us that affirm our spirit is on track. They are what I like to call "divine arrows". They are those unexplainable moments in time when guidance appears in a form other than a physical word...be it a deja vu phone call or chance meeting; a soft wind blowing at your back helping you move forward; a certain bird flying close overhead imparting it's metaphysical wisdom; it may be a subtle message passing you by from a highway billboard or a bumper sticker on the car in front of you that brings a smile of recognition to your face, as if to say, that thought or current situation you were just pondering has been given a thumbs up. It is a message of spiritual affirmation showing us the way and shining a light back on our face.While watching TV the other night, I was pondering how to describe this book. The program started and the young voice speaking in the opening segment seemed to personally answer my question. He was talking about how nature always finds a way; that when two points are destined to touch and physical contact is impossible, the universe will make the connection happen. Certain ties cannot be broken, he said, they define who we are and who we can become. Across time and space, along paths we cannot predict, nature will always finds a way to make contact. (thank you for that affirmation!)"Divine Arrows" is about this kind of contact. When we recognize and follow these arrows, a weaving of sort begins and a path of spiritual guidance starts to unfold. Think of your life as a great tapestry and by weaving your spirit in this way you will help bring into view a tangible form of your higher reflection - a reflection just waiting to unveil itself to you. When we truly know there are no coincidences in life, only synchronicities, those divine arrows will appear. Following these arrows allows your own divine weaving to begin. If you are reading these words, consider the divine arrow that sits before you now. Go ahead, turn down the TV or radio or better yet, turn it off! Find a quiet spot and settle into my words. You may wish to grab a pen and paper to journal your own thoughts as you progress through the pages of this book. As you ponder the reflections or messages that may speak to you, your own personal roadmap to spiritual growth may just unveil itself; perhaps awakening you to a whole new version of you. You may be slightly surprised at what lies before you - all you need do is close your eyes and be willing to see ...
