A sixty-year-old cannibalistic psychopathic woman just being released after a little over three years of treatment in a mental institution for the criminally insane is now returning home to care for her elderly father while resuming continual psychological treatment. Her past of heinous murders, burying bodies, some dead and some that were still alive in a shallow grave in her father's garden, and in the backwoods continue to taunt her disoriented urges while maintaining sanity. But like any other failed treatment of a disturbed psychopath with special occasions on their agenda, she regresses, and it's back to eating and serving body parts of her victims once again.
