Discovering Black People in the Bible

There are far more Black people in the Bible than one might think. But because of racism, the truth about Black people in the Bible has never been told. Society has manipulated, tricked, and brainwashed us to think of all of our great biblical patriots and servants as Caucasian/White people! But nothing could be further from the truth! So here's the "truth" about just one of them (Moses)! Moses is one of the most popular servants of the Old Testament. Moses was Hebrew by blood. Moses is considered "founder" and "Father" of the Nation of Israel. But what they don't want you to know about Moses is that he was married to a dark-skinned "Ethiopian" woman by the name of "Zipporah" (Num.12:1; Ex.2:21). So the very "first" First Lady of Israel was a Black woman! From this marriage, Zipporah and Moses produced 2 dark-skinned sons: Gershom and Eliezer (Ex.2:22; Ex.18:4). These sons went on to reproduce many descendants of color in the Nation of Israel (1 Chron.23:14-17; 1 Chron.26:24-25). Furthermore, Moses' father-in-law "Jethro" was a Midianite/Ethiopian (Priest) before Moses joined his family, and married his daughter. Jethro is credited in Scripture for helping Moses organize all of the unsettled Hebrew people in the desert after Moses delivered them from the bondage of slavery in Egypt (Ex.18:22-25). Not only was Jethro a man full of wisdom, his extended "male" family members also joined Moses, and the Israelites and they fought right alongside them in the war against the Canaanites; capturing the "Promised Land" (Judges 1:16-19). These dark-skinned people were the only family members Moses had while living in Ethiopia for 40 years. And he had established strong family relationships with them. For Moses was only 40 years old when he married into Jethro's family (Acts 7:23). Moses was (80) years old when God anointed him to go and delivered his people from slavery in Egypt (Ex.7:7). This is the true and accurate background of Moses as it relates to Black Spiritual history. To learn the truth about other Black people in the Bible, read this book. The "Ten Commandments" movie is a very good film as far as entertainment is concerned, but it is not accurate biblical history - carrying not one hint of Black Spiritual History. For Moses' wife was "Ethiopian," not Caucasian! So come, learn the truth of other great Black characters in the Bible such as "Noah," "Ham," "Canaan," "Cush," "Judah," "Rahab," "Boaz," "Jesse," "King David," "King Solomon," and even (Jesus)! They, too, have stories that have never been accurately told (same as Moses).
