Starting in 2020, I spent two years traveling the United States and diving deeper and deeper into the life of a nomad. Throughout this time, I was also writing this autobiography on not only my adventures but on my past as well as that is where my story truly begins. Starting in high school, I began to battle severe depression and anxiety. As I graduated and made my way through college I began to see it only getting worse. As a bisexual, part of the depression was always the idea that I needed to hide that fact about me. When I came out however, I began to notice how pushing through discomfort can set you free. From Route 66 to Slab City to Yellowstone, there was definitely moments of discomfort. For example, my bus breaking down and leaving me stranded for 10 days all alone in New Mexico. In this book I dive deep into all the discomfort, telling stories that I've never shared before. The best part is in the grand scheme of things, I'm a nobody, not a big name writer, YouTuber, or anything of the sorts, just an ordinary guy who pushed through discomfort. I hope by reading this book anyone who also suffers from depression or anxiety will know they aren't alone and I hope everyone ultimately can answer the question, if you couldn't feel fear for a day, what would you do?
