Sometimes, I dream of what a perfect world would look like.

I dream of a perfect world, where there's no pain. No illness or discrimination.

A perfect world where people are honest and support each other. War would be a thing of the past and peace would reign.

A perfect world full of laughter and loving families where a little girl like me could have a happily-ever-after like we see in movies.

But, this world...is not a perfect world. It's full of pain, sickness, and death. People lie, cheat, and steal. War and fighting are a common occurrence. And my family? It's about the furthest thing from loving a person could get.

It's not a perfect world, and me? I am not that little girl destined for a happily-ever-after. Every single day of my life, as far back as I can remember, has been filled with pain and fear. They think they can break me. Make me disappear. But I'm stronger than they think, and I will not be so easily broken.
