When Philthy Oinkment is given an illegal city contract by his father, Mayor Oinkment, he is only too happy to go over to Councillor's Jones home at 5 a.m. with a jackhammer and a belly full of rubbing alcohol and start replacing Jones perfectly good sidewalk. One thing leads to another and it is decided that an electrical grid will be put on the sidewalk that can be turned on from a console fifty feet from the house. The trouble begins when Ms. Stinky gets involved and Mayor Oinkment and Harlot Oinkment decide to put Councillor Jones "out of his misery" using the electrified sidewalk.
