Excellent Dinners

This book provides simple, tasty dinners. The ingredients are easy to find - which is great (no sense using a slow cooker if it is going to take hours searching for ingredients). Although there are recipes for appetizers and desserts I cannot comment on these as I never use my slow cooker for either. However, these too seem simple and appealing. Some other slow cooker cookbooks have recipes with complex prep work or require re-visiting the slow cooker to add more ingredients during cooking. I have not come across any complex recipes in this book. Complex cooking is fine; just not what I have in mind when I reach for the crock-pot.
