The glamorous actress Lena Hayman has occupied the body of the parish priest, delighted to find herself once again a virgin, Mitzy's husband George is stuck to Lena' agent, Cabal, and it seems the only way to set things right is to get the author's cousin Margaret to marry the wayward adventurer so he'll return to is original body - something he is loathe to do. "Dinner with Mitzy" is one of three humorous works of fiction Mr. Tillman worked on to counter the heartache as he wrote his two critically-acclaimed memoirs - "In the Failing Light" and "After All" - that chronicled his wife Minda's seven-year battle with breast cancer, and then then the two years after raising a young daughter as a widower.
