Davies Takes the Mystery Out of Digital Photography and Provides Ample Tips on Taking Great Pictures

Professional outdoor, travel, and close-up photographer Paul Harcourt Davies has authored an excellent book on digital photography that will be useful for the novice and for those with some experience in digital photography. "Digital Photography" provides a tutorial on how digital photography works (what is a pixel?); how the user can maximize the use of his/her camera (how do I get great pictures of sporting events?); the use of the computer to store and enhance pictures (how do I stitch my pictures?), the uploading and downloading copies for print, the web, or email (what is the best way to email pictures?); and a boatload of great tips & hints that only a great pro can provide. I have been an avid amateur photographer for years and still found many great tips in this book to make the purchase one of great value.
