This book containts a complete description of the most common techniques of computer arithmetic. It makes no assumptions about the readers foreknowledge of the subject. However, it also has no more words than are needed to describe the algorithms completely.An understanding of digital logic fundamentals is advised. This is not a book on modern high-speed circuit design techniques. It is best used as a (RTL level) logic design reference.
