A "Must Have" for your Toddler

My son received this book as a present when he was a little over a year old and he has not put it down since. The content is great: each machine has at least one picture and descriptive text pertaining to its history and/or operation. Many machines have several pictures to show more detail. The descriptive information is a bit long for a toddler, but the pictures and some "creative book reading" more than make up for that (Dad finds the descriptions interesting). The book contains quite a bit of information that I did not know, and I have actually taken a peek at it a few times myself! The size is perfect for little hands. The only real drawback is that this is not a board book and is subject to destruction in little hands. My now 2 yr old still carries this book around everywhere and has almost worn out the cover and binding!
