Excellent presenter

If you ever get a chance to hear Cindy in person, I highly recommend it. Her book has some great ideas, but listening to her talk about her experiences in person is very energizing and thought-provoking, for either a new or seasoned teacher!

I found this an excellent resource for differentiated instruction. Many of the ideas are ones I have used for years, but it was nice to have it all in one concise place and user friendly.
