She writes to her inner child to remind her she is not alone and that she must keep going. She writes about the struggles with her adopted family, and how she struggled to mend bridges with them. The losses she's endured throughout her life from a young age have strengthened her personal growth and development. It's about a young girl who's trying to fight for survival in a world that is consistently failing her and she has to fight back to make her life a better place. The book is about a girl who keeps hope alive when hope feels lost. A girl who never gives up and tries her hardest to keep moving forward.
