A Loving Look At The Roles of the Genders

Orthdox Christians accept the Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. All constitute God uniquely. They are all EQUAL. Yet the Holy Spirit is not the Savior is He? God is not the Comforter, either. Apply that analogy to the gender argument and you have "Different By Design." MacArthur makes the following points: 1. Women are NOT inferior to men in any way. 2. Women have a VALUABLE role in the body of Christ. 3. Women are SAVED the same way as men are. 4. The ROLES for women are different than men. This takes a contemporary look at the heart of the gender issue. Should women pastor churches? If yes, why? If no, why not? A Biblical exposition about the relevant passages to this issue. A good book.

A Real Marriage Builder

Thanks John for a great book about the roles of men and women from God's perspective. This book is (of course) absolutely biblical in its treatment of this subject. Today's selfish and feminist culture will no doubt have problems with it, but as we know from God's Word, that is to be expected. For a true believer, God's Word and its exposition is liberating, but to the world, it is a "rock of offense". This book will greatly help any couple who is thinking of getting married, or who has been married for some time, and wants to be more biblical in their roles together. But don't take my word for it, read it for yourself.
