This has saved me a lot of both emotional fear and money

My dogs always seem to get sick on Sundays. To take them to a 24 hr clinic, the lowest bill is 150.00 in cash only! This book has reassured me, allowed me to wait until Monday morning, my animals are safer and so is my wallet!I had a dog that developed an anal gland abcess that I noticed on a Sunday early evening. I took her temp and it was only slightly elevated, while I thought about what to do, within an hr of notice, it ruptured. I got this book out, it told me how to flush it with peroxide and allowed me to wait until the following morning to call the Vet. When I got to the vet, all he had to do was examine it and give antibiotics. My dog was not septic nor did she even have an elevated temp. Before you panic, get this book! I highly recommend it.
