The year is 1932 in the south side of Chicago. By day, small-time thugs lurk through the city streets hoping to make a big score. By night, criminals are on the hunt for unsuspected victims. It's a never-ending war.

Ominous relies on his hatchet men Clover, Torpedo, Jersey, Pinstripe, and Spats, to keep them occupied. Tracy and Buzzer will have to work well after hours to have any chance at catching their man.
