Amma: The key is to cultivate a sincere and pure heart, to be open to new ideas and experiences, and to be willing to question everything, including your own beliefs and assumptions. Dear children, practice meditation and self-reflection, and seek guidance from those who have walked the path before you. But ultimately, the truth can only be discovered through your own experience.
