Kolkata has dressed up like a bride for the grand festival of Durga Puja. Amidst the festivities, a dramatic turn of events unfolds as a fugitive business baron, Durgacharan Mahesh is being extradited to India from Spain, transiting via Kolkata before reaching Mumbai.
