Development of poisonous impurities extraction machine

The monograph is dedicated to the development of a machine for separation of poisonous impurities from cereal grains. A review of scientific and technical information on mechanization of admixture separation from cultivated plants' grains is given, and a technological line for separating poisonous admixtures from coarse grains is developed. The technological scheme of the machine for separation of poisonous impurities from coarse grains is presented, technological and structural calculations of the main working bodies of the machine are carried out, on the basis of which its structural scheme is developed and the main elements of working documentation for manufacturing are presented. The questions of industrial and ecological safety of the developed machine use, prospects of its commercialization are considered, and also consumers of the offered machine are presented. The scientific work is intended for engineering and technical workers and postgraduate students engaged in the development, production and operation of machines for post-harvest grain processing.
