This book introduces the concept of Business Readiness, and the 11 competencies that are thought to predict it. The book begins with a presentation of the Business Graduate Work Readiness Scale (BGWRS), which is a 66-item assessment designed to assess individual readiness for employment and business. Graduates are encouraged to complete this assessment/test and explore other areas around personality, values, coaching, goal-setting, and much more..
