LOVE THIS BOOK!

I have been using this book to detox for 4 years now and love it! What a great way to cleanse and still eat good tasting food. Easy to read and follow, recipes taste great. There are a couple of typos in list of foods as in, tomatoes are not listed but they are in a recipe. Use your best judgement. I did not follow to T but it worked wonderfuly. I feel the best while on this, with tons of energy plus lose weight.

Human necessity

This book is a simple yet through detox process. It is written clearly and decisively and all though some information my be slightly out dated, it is still a viable process. If you want to Detox, this book will lead you from start to finish with delicious and healthy menus and recipes. A true "working" book that would be a benefit to any shelf...

amazing

Amazinly good food. The recipes are yummy and very easy to follow. The book itself if full of lovely photos and tidbits of great information without being at all overwhelming! I was dissapointed to not find other cookbooks or recipes by this author.
