Along with his former assistant/newly anointed business partner, Betty, they take on a case to find a woman's "missing" husband. They soon find out they bit off more than they can chew.
As the investigation takes them through the sex work industry and other planets, they end up fighting against a fascist, misogynistic force that has plans of total control over their planet.
