Is there something stronger than passion?

That one who is passionate delivers themselves body and soul and lives intensely. For the passionate one, the only thing that matters is to satisfy their desire.

And when the passion is not reciprocal? And only one of the parts delivers themselves truly, what happens?

The person lives to please the other, not caring about themselves. They neglect their own will and do whatever the other wishes.

And this seeking to satisfy another person makes the person blind. They do not notice how much they are prejudicing themselves to please another one. In extreme cases, physical and psychological damages happen, such as aggression and humiliation.
