Destructive Isms of our Age

The Church needs to urgently deal with the destructive 'isms' of our times, which include humanism, secularism, individualism, pessimism, existentialism, traditionalism, racism, and moral-revivalism, to name a few. They act like demonic strongholds that manipulate the truth, corrupt the mind, pollute the spirit, and lead people into slavery. Yet the church has hardly truly countered these forces in Spirit and truth, and so struggles with their deadly and destructive influences within her own ranks, while at the same time struggling to make an impact in the world. Just as Joshua needed to drive these pagan tribes from the land to thrive and prosper in the will of God, just so the Church needs to address the satanic ideologies, philosophies and narratives to walk in God's victory, power, and truth. Dealing with the "isms" is about deliverance, therefore, freedom in Christ.
