This is the story of Hans Schaefer, a N his Nazi dissident who pursued love instead of war while being faithful to his country Germany in WW II. Hans Schaefer, was an artist by profession, pursuing his goal of making love rather than war in the German Army of WW II. While others died fifighting on the infamous Eastern Front, Hans managed lovemaking amidst the sound of guns and battles. The play is a documentary play based on fifirst-hand information by Mr. Schaefer himself, who survived the war and chose to emigrate to Canada in the early nineteen fififties. He chose to live and die as a free man.
