Excellent read for all managers

Great book___ easy to read with several real life examples. The process described provides a framework to solve any problems/issues that arise in any business project.

A Must Reference Book for Managers

The content is easy to read, easy to follow, and easy to put into practice. I am already using some of the methods from the book in everyday problem solving...mostly for work. I have read many great books on problem solving, consulting, and process improvement. This book sort of took the best of everything and made it more holistic. It definitely shows the level of real world experience the author probably has.The book provides solid process for problem solving. Fortunately, the book does not get into fine details on exactly what to do. Experienced managers know that no two problems are the same, and that with a good process they can apply their own thinking and skills to get to the resolution. Finally, the process the author lays out would help on the softer side of the business as well...such as in building a collaborative team with clear goals and objectives. One too many times I've seen teams fall apart because of unclear goals and conflicting objectives.I recommend this book for every person that has to manage process or people...perhaps that is everyone.
