The take-make-waste approach of our linear economy is the biggest driver towards waste generation, uncontrolled resource consumption, and aggressive resource exploitation. It has ravaged our planet. But there is hope. A circular economy promotes the reuse of our products for longer, where we rent and return products instead of wasting them. Unfortunately, both a lack of financial incentive and single-use conventional product designs have made this transition difficult.
