Great samples for interactivity in web

I used this book largely as a reference and for the samples on the CD-ROM. The book emphasizes the importance of incorporating feedback from web surfers and using this feedback to customize the site as well as other applications. The book is lengthy and does not offer many pictures; however, the advice is very sound and definitely comes from one who has been there. It is a good reference and worth the purchase for the CD-ROM.
