The monograph deals with a study of a designing process of a training information system which is aimed at mastering grammar skills. The use of electronic resources (for instance, computer-based learning systems) in the process of teaching a foreign language is an upcoming trend in modern educational system. In this study we explore the possibilities of creating the user interface on the basis of C ++ language to develop students' grammar competence in learning the rules of sequence of English tenses.
