This Research book shows to clean the land area stored by old car/ auto-vehicle (Waste management strategy to clean the environment). Here we design Disassembly Production line which shows the how to disassemble the car components through robotics (coding is developed) or manually in a systematic way. Through car components coding we develop the disassembly production rate formula and cost estimation formula in tabulated format which is useful for making computer software. This Design and formulation software is also useful for making new assembly of car/auto-vehicles for designing the assembly line, production rate, cost estimation with some modification. This analysis is useful for automobile industries, Flexible Manufacturing System, computer integrated manufacturing system.
