This is a great reference book for those who like to entertain, have limited preparation time and moderate cooking expertise but are looking for a dish that is different and will make a positive impression on their guests. Many one dish and prepare ahead recipes from appetizers to main courses, side dishes, drinks and desert. Consider this book if you are throwing the party or bringing a dish to a friend's house.
