This is a very good book. "It is not only for those going through drpression, but also for their family, friends, co-workers and loved ones. It is a great source of help using poetry who have been touched by this devastating illness." I would highly recommend this book.

Another fantastic book from Susan

Susan Polis Schutz has done it again. I've been a fan of Susan's writing, including To My Daughter With Love, for years. In this wonderful book, she turns the lens inward in a revealing, poetic discussion of her bout with depression. If you suffer from depression, or know somebody who does (most people do), then you will get something from Susan's latest book.
