Dental malpractice is the adverse result occurred during a dental act, and resulting from an action or omission of the professional, is the proper breach of the rules, principles or precepts established. This adverse result occurs during a dental act and caused by some element of fault or incompetence of the dental professional where the patient suffered harm, due to a cause attributable to the actions of the professional who departed from good practice, or did not respect the rules in force.
