First book of, what I hope, are many fun, supernatural action stories

Not exactly unpredictable demon hunter verses demons on Earth story, but fun. Sometimes I just enjoy a "good time" of a read. Not too heavy or dramatic, smart-aleck heroine AJ fights big baddies and meets Ashlyn, park ranger. Likeable characters and quips that start the series. Hope K.B. keeps it going.
