Excellent book

Rev. Skolfield really hits it on the head; it is a shame that this book is out of print as it should be a required reading for pastors, teachers, and those ministring in jails and prisons. He touches on New Age and the Occult and how pastors are leaving the teachings of the Bible for experiences into one's self, sort of a take off on existentialism. The Bible is God's Word, why are we so in tuned with our traditions. Mark 7:13 "Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye." Easter is a good example; how can you die on Friday and be in the grave for 3 days and 3 nights and raise on Sunday. When the Bible tells us specifically that Jesus was crucified on the day of prepapration and had to be off of the cross before sundown as the Passover begins at sundown; this is simply stated and then three nights and three days later is the Resurection. We follow the traditions of man rather than the Scriptures. Jesus celebrated the Feast of Dedication; see John 10:22,23 "And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter. 23 And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch." The feast of Dedication; what is it? Simply it is Hanukah; we follow the traditions of man Christmas. Pastors, ministers, teachers; we should be teaching the Feasts of the LORD; 7 of them along with the additional observances, however we have fallen into our traditions. Shame on us. As pastors, ministers, teachers; we are responsible and we need to get into the Bible, and believe G-D. This book will offer a starting point and it is up to us to pray and seek the guidance of the HOLY SPIRIT, and allow Him to teach us and lead us into righteousness, rightly dividing the WORD of G-D.

Desperately Needed Teaching For The Church Today

Who in the world is Bro. Skolfield? I don't know either, but after you read his book 'Demons In the Church' you will know that he has heard from God...This is a desperately needed teaching for the Church today. We have cast off one "little" thing as the Church has become modernized. It has opened the door to demons to creep into the Church and seduce us away from the simplicity that is in Christ? Demons In The Church

I have just read Demons In The Church. I believe the author has hit the nail on the head. We as Christians so often are afraid to give Satan too much credit, and error on giving him too little. I agree with Mr. Skolfield that the church is opening its door to Satan. I also agree with him on his position of women in the church.
