Later this relation developed in form of Contract due to economic development. Hence in the world from the beginning of development following relation is in practice. Same relation now is changed in form of Contract. Following types of Contract is in force in the world. Cost Plus Contract. Lump Sum Contract or Engineering Procurement Construction Contract. Public Private Partnership Contract. Family Contract.-In Islamic Country Marriage is treated as Contract, while this is the initial relation developed between Man and Women. Democratic Contract.-Every Individual is equal in all terms, if opportunity is available, everyone has equal opportunity to Live, equal opportunity to work.
