This is still a very solid reference book to all the early work and the philosophy behind the method as well numerous exmaples of paper and pencil delphis which in the modern jargon were all examples of collaborative knoweldge bssis created through paper and pencil methods. Today there is some relevant work bringing this technology in to Information Systems and those doing this work should be more familiar with the roots of what they are doing.The book still provides signiifcant insights for those working in this area on computers even if they called it by different names.
