In early 1787, Camden Page finds himself apprenticed to a prominent attorney in Richmond who rubs elbows with all of Virginia's prominent political figures. Fortuitous circumstances take Camden to Philadelphia where he begins to uncover the pieces of a conspiracy bent on sabotaging the constitutional convention and sowing the seeds for the destruction of the fledgling nation.Just how fragile was the political situation that yielded the United States Constitution?
