An excellent way to relax.

I love this tape. I bought it because I have panic disorder and I needed to find some way to help me to relax. Side one has two relaxation exercises, and side two is subliminal. I use the second exercise on side one whenever I need to relax. I've been doing this tape for about a year now, on and off, and at this point all I have to do is hear the narrator's soothing voice and my whole body relaxes! I listen to the tape in bed and fall straight to sleep after. I highly recommend this tape to anyone who thinks they need more relaxation in their life.

Robert Griswold and all the Love tapes from Effective Learning Systems (I have over 10) are great. I have used a few different tapes by others and none of them even come close to comparing!
