The economic crisis of 2007-2008 has led to transformations, such as: the emergence of trade wars by the United States against China, but also towards its allies; the break with trade pacts such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement; the emergence of competitive depreciations of currencies; the vote in favour of Britain's exit from the Economic Union (Brexit); the emergence of reindustrialisation processes in some advanced countries (the United States and China, among others); and the advance of conservative groups in the United States and China: the emergence of re-industrialisation processes in some advanced countries (the United States and China, among others) and the advance of right-wing conservative groups in most continents of the world. At the same time, a new industrial revolution is beginning to emerge (Deep Digitalisation), which requires for its development, and due to the effects of the aforementioned changes, a new State that promotes a different Economic Policy and therefore a renewed Public Economy.
