Peru has reached its 200th anniversary of independence deepening its institutional crisis, due to the absence of a vision of the future, to which is added not only the absence of political parties, the imbalance of the powers of the State, the advance of corruption, discrimination of citizens, as well as a significant concentration of the economy, in which 80% of the population does not participate. This requires a change of course, a detailed analysis of all the socio-economic, political and social variables to give way to a second republican opportunity.
